Florida Justice Transitions , Inc. is please to announce that we have joined forces
with the Pinellas Ex-offender Re-Entry Coalition. FJT and PERC have form a new program called the Continental Transitional Program.

CTP is a Collaboration Between the Pinellas Ex Offender Re Entry Coalition and Florida Justice Transitions.

Florida Justice Transitions is pleased to announce that the Continental Transitional Program has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding with the Pinellas County Public Defenderís Jail Diversion Program. Those eligible for Jail Diversion are Pinellas County Residents with a Dual Diagnosis involving mental health and substance abuse issues. The Continental Transitional Program will provide a structured, sober living environment for Jail Diversion Participants, under the guidance of the Public Defenderís Office Therapist.

Florida Justice Transitions and the Continental Transitional Program have begun a partnership with Cons Helping Cons, through the Pinellas Ex Offender Re-Entry Coalition. Eligible candidates for CTP through Cons Helping Cons are thoroughly vetted for commitment to establishing a positive lifestyle, and overcoming bad choices from the past. Cons Helping Cons provides them with initial funding, case management, and job placement assistance, while CTP provides them with a safe, structured living environment, and additional support through PERCís case management services as necessary.
